Mahmayi Vorm 136-12 Apple Cherry Workstation Desk 120 × 75 cm - Melamine Top, Steel Frame & Modesty Panel

Fitted in the apple cherry colourway — a deep, reddish-brown wood grain — the Vorm 136-12 desk brings a sense of warmth and order to a dedicated home-office space. At 120 cm (47.2 in) wide, it provides a comfortable single-person work surface without overpowering a study, a spare bedroom or a living-room alcove. Room Placement The 75 cm (29.5 in) depth keeps the desk from projecting too far into the room, making it well suited to narrower walls or L-shaped room layouts. Its 75 cm (29.5 in) height suits standard task chairs. The white powder-coated steel frame and perforated modesty panel introduce a two-tone contrast — apple cherry wood grain against white metal — that coordinates readily with neutral interiors, Scandinavian-style décor or contemporary minimalist spaces. Tabletop Construction The surface is formed from an MDF core finished with an oak melamine laminate in apple cherry grain. Melamine is one of the more practical materials for desk surfaces in the home: it does not require oiling or specialist treatment. Simply wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth to remove dust or minor marks. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemical cleaners to preserve the surface finish. Frame & Panel Detail The O-leg square-loop steel frame uses 5 cm (2 in) tube sections and carries a white powder-coat finish. A white perforated steel modesty panel sits between the front legs, creating a visual boundary that also helps contain everyday clutter from view when the desk is positioned in a shared living area. Cable Tidiness A rectangular cable grommet is pre-cut into the tabletop, letting monitor cables and power leads route downward rather than sprawling across the work surface — a small detail that makes a meaningful difference in shared or visible spaces. No drawers are included; the open underdesk area remains available for a chair or a separate storage pedestal. Covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty.
