- Kidkraft ASSEMBLED Outdoor products are not eligible for return
- We offer 1 year wooden structure manufacturing warranty (outdoor)
- 7 days warranty for slide replacement.
- After 7 days - Corresponding amount will be charged as replacement cost for SLIDE.(depending on the model).
- Acts of nature are not covered under warranty such as storm, flood, lightning, earthquake etc.
- Free delivery within city limits of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and Al-ain
- 315 AED charges will apply for outside city limits and for assemblies in RAK, UAQ, FUJ.
- Examples of outside city limits areas are Ruwais, Mirfa, Giyathi, Hatta, Sila, Madinat Zayed, Harshan, Dibba, Al Madam, Showkah etc.
- Regular maintenance is required for all types of outdoor products. We charge 300 AED for a maintenance visit.
- If the ground surface is unbalance and customer using soft sand then 400 AED harnessing and installation charges may occur.
