Kids can cook up fun with the play kitchen and included accessories in the lower-level clubhouse. After pretend mealtime, watch as little ones climb the ladder to get to the top of the clubhouse. Giggles can be heard as kids slide all the way down the twist n’ ride tube slide and down the bumpy high-rail wave slide. The solid wood swing set entices little adventurers to soar high on two sturdy belt swings and an acro bar swing. Built with premium wood and treated with a child-friendly water-based stain, the Castlewood Playset by KidKraft is made with high-quality materials and designed to be aesthetically beautiful so that little ones can have big fun in their backyard for years to come.

Acts of nature are not covered under warranty such as storm, flood, lightning, earthquake etc
Free delivery within city limits of Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi and Al-ain
315 AED charges will apply for outside city limits and for assemblies in RAK, UAQ, FUJ.
Examples of outside city limits areas are Ruwais, Mirfa, Giyathi, Hatta, Sila, Madinat Zayed, Harshan, Dibba, Al Madam, Showkah etc.
Regular maintenance is required for all types of outdoor products. We charge 300 AED for a maintenance visit.
If the ground surface is unbalance and customer using soft sand then 400 AED harnessing and installation charges may occur.

Customer have 7 days to return the item IF its still in ORIGINAL PACKAGING , Not Opened/ Repacked , proven Defective after confirmation of our inspection team.

Damages due to usage, DIY incorrectly installed, accident, wrongly cleaned, dirty, stained, natural causes or negligence will not be considered for replace/refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund once confirmed by our inspection team.

If the product is not as per the dimension or design on website (colour may vary depending on the screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays), customer can claim replacement/Credit note/refund if informed within 7 days of purchase and not installed.
